Jody Smyers

Jody, an award-winning photographer, has been shooting for 45 years. A Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) by the Professional Photographers of America (PPA), Jody served many years on the board of directors of the PPA affiliate West Texas Photographers, and has been featured in the annual PPA Showcase book.

Specializing in commercial and night photography, Jody has led and instructed photography classes, workshops, presentations, and field trips at many levels, including Texas Tech University and Baylor University, as well as for middle school children. He has volunteered countless hours donating his photography for U.S. Armed Services members returning from deployment in war zones, as well as for children seeking adoption through the state of Texas.
